There are escalation resources available for all engineers that will provide guidance relating to the project scope and coaching on the deliverables. Resources will be expected to be available during day and evening cutovers where they will work with operational resources to implement the MOP. Contract resource will be a member of a team of nearly 12 engineers that will split the work across the 450 locations. The MOP will include original and future topology documentation (with respect to the WAN) for each location scripts to be implemented that will align the targeted facility to the proposed design, and supporting High Level Design (HLD) and Lower Level Design (LLD) documentation. The contractor resource's deliverable is to create a Method of Procedure (MOP) that will act as a guidebook to migrate from the legacy WAN environment to the new topology. There is a high degree of inconsistency with the legacy WAN infrastructure - and resources must have strong experience with WAN design concepts including BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF. The end goal is to align all facilities with a consistent WAN topology that meets the organization's architectural standards. Expertise to be gained through remote investigation of topology, inventory, and written and video forms of documentation. Contract resources will be expected to become strongly familiar with a subset of these locations to which they will be assigned.
